- 2 parts McCarthy’s Irish whiskey
- 4 parts Freshly brewed good quality coffee (espresso)
- 1½ parts Fresh cream
- 1 tsp. Brown sugar
- a pinch of nutmeg
How to Prepare:
- Fill glass with hot water to heat gently, let it sit 1-2 minutes and remove the water
- Fill glass with fresh hot coffee
- Stir in 2 parts McCarthy’s whiskey in each mug, then stir in 1-3 tsp of brown sugar in each mug
- Stir well until sugar has dissolved
- Pour 3/4 oz of Irish cream into each mug and stir
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with brown sugar and a little grated nutmeg
