Ingredients:
- 50ml of McCarthy’s Irish Whiskey
- 25ml of freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml of sugar syrup
- 15ml of egg white
- 3 dashes of sloe berry bitters
- Cherry or lemon twist for garnish
How to Prepare:
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add 50ml of McCarthy’s Irish Whiskey
- Add 25ml of freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- Add 15ml of sugar syrup
- Add 15ml of egg white
- Add the 3 dashes of sloe berry bitters
- Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
